You feel the lasting weight of past pain and trauma. You know what it’s like to feel misunderstood or unseen. Your brain may work differently, navigating a world that wasn’t built with you in mind, making everyday interactions feel confusing or draining. You may feel stuck in cycles of fear, self-doubt, or isolation, unsure how to move forward or if healing is even possible. Yet despite it all, you keep showing up.

You feel like you don’t quite fit, like this world moves at a pace and in a way that leaves you behind. You’ve been told you’re too sensitive, too quiet, too intense, too much of something that others don’t know how to hold. You’ve questioned whether you were ever meant to belong here. You feel drained by the effort it takes just to appear “okay”.

You feel tired, heavy, and unsure how much longer you can keep doing this. But you also feel somewhere deep inside, a glimmer of hope, a flicker that maybe, healing is possible.

Hello, I am Amber …

I understand what it feels like to hold shame, discomfort, and uncertainty.

I’ve been on my own healing journey for six years and have learned many lessons along the way. I understand what it feels like to carry the weight of shame, anxiety, and pain. I know the discomfort of not knowing how to move forward, of feeling stuck or overwhelmed by emotions. I’ve felt the ache of mental health challenges including the confusion, the fear, the isolation, and embarassment. These experiences have shaped how I show up in the world. You’re not alone in your pain, and you don’t have to figure it all out at once. There is space here for all of it and for you.

What is it like working with me…

I do my best to be a calming presence. Someone who listens deeply, without judgment. I believe in creating space where people feel safe to show up just as they are. Through gentle support, I hope to offer help in facilating the start of your healing journey. In a fast and often overwhelming world, I aim to offer a moment of peace where healing and self-discovery can begin.

I know and believe things will change…

Trust the process. The journey can be long. It isn’t always easy, but it is well worth it.

But is there hope for me?

Absolutely! No matter your background, how hard things have been, or how many times you’ve had to start over, there is always a path forward. Believe in yourself and show yourself the kindess and compassion you show others. You deserve it! Every moment is a chance to begin again.
