Do bright lights, certain sounds, clothing textures, or crowded environments leave you feeling overwhelmed? Or perhaps you've noticed that you seek out specific sensory experiences and aren't always sure why. Sensory processing is a significant part of many neurodivergent experiences, yet it is often misunderstood.

‍Neurodiversity by the Senses is a supportive and affirming group for Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults who want to better understand their sensory experiences, connect with others who "get it," and discover practical strategies for navigating daily life.

Whether you're newly exploring your neurodivergence or have been on your journey for years, this group offers a welcoming space to learn, share, and grow alongside others with similar lived experiences.
