You're browsing profiles that all say variations of the same thing; lots of phrases about 'helping' and 'healing' followed by a bunch of jargon that may not mean much to you.

You feel like an outsider, watching the world from the fringes rather than as an active participant. Social cues may seem as alien to you as a foreign language. Perhaps you're just having a hard time seeing events from an outside perspective.

Hello, I am Jason…

And I get it.

I have faced my own struggles with feeling like being on the outside looking in, observing the world rather than interacting with it. I’ve had difficulty with social cues and feeling like part of the group, and it wasn’t until I was in my 40s that I found out why: I am neurodivergent. I understand these challenges because I spent my entire life trying to fit in and adapt. I masked and struggled just to get by. With my diagnosis I have been able to find my authentic self, and I am here to help you to do the same.

What is it like working with me…

I consider myself a trained guide to help you travel through your mind, finding relief and answers. I use a variety of techniques including ecotherapy, therapeutically applied tabletop roleplay, and narrative therapy. I am also trained in psychological first aid and eco-somatics.  I will meet you where you are and will use a modality as unique as you are to help. Most importantly, I feel that every person has a story; one that is written, one that they are writing, and one that has yet to be told. I am here to help you look back at what was written, guide you with the one that you are writing, and direct you towards the one untold.

I know and believe things will change…

Change is inevitable. My goal is to help you direct the way in which change takes place. What outcome do you desire and how do we get there? Let’s figure this out together! Change can be scary–think of me as your partner as we walk through it one step at a time.

But is there hope for me?

There is always hope. Sometimes holding on to it is hard, but I am here to help you find it and keep it safe. It is something sacred, and together we will protect your hope and build on it until you can see and feel it for yourself in your everyday life.

I'm here to help, not as an expert, but as a trained guide. Together we will search for answers and meaning.
