We heal when we create spaces to hold, honor and witness each other while creating hope for the future.

Ecotherapy draws upon resources such as Joanna Macy's Work that Reconnects and the insights of intersectional activists like Adrienne Maree Brown, Vanessa Machado de Oliviera, and Francis Weller. Each session will incorporate expressive arts, embodied practices, and/or journaling activities, along with a playful and fun element.

Our goal for the group is to explore what resilience looks like in the face of fear and sadness. We'll examine how we can challenge cultural narratives like "rugged individualism" and "hustle culture," and transform them into hope and action. Ultimately, we hope to create a space where new ideas can flourish and help us move forward together.
