This group is designed specifically for young adults aged 18 to 25 years old. This group is ideal for recent high school graduates, unemployed, college students or recent college dropouts, former college students unsure of what to do next or questioning education/career path, and those who feel paralyzed by choice anxiety.

Group Details:
Duration: Each group session lasts 90 minutes, providing ample time for meaningful discussions, expressive arts activities, practicing new skills, and personal support.
Intake Assessment: We conduct an introduction call assessment before group placement to ensure the best fit for your unique needs and goals.
Group Pricing: The cost will be a Pay-what-you-can model. Ranging from $35-$75 per group session, with the option of a discounted rate if the series is paid in full.
